How many guests can the space hold?
The space comfortably fits 50+ guests. Our 6-foot tables seat 6 to 8 people each.
What kinds of events do you host?
We host funeral repasts, baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, prom send-offs, corporate events, meetings, seminars, pop-up shops, and sports watch parties, along with many other celebrations and gatherings.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes. Tables and chairs are included with every rental at no extra cost.
What audio/visual equipment do you have?
The venue has two flat-screen TVs, each with an Apple TV, plus HDMI connections in the wall so you can plug in your laptop. There’s also a soundbar you can connect to by Bluetooth to play your own music. It’s set up for presentations, slideshows, and watch parties.
What's included with the outdoor space add-on?
For an extra $100, you’ll get access to our backyard, a great spot for mingling, photos, and fresh air. It has decorative lighting, so it works for evening events too.
Can I bring my own food or caterer?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food or hire any caterer
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol may be served at your event, but it cannot be sold.
Can I bring a DJ?
Yes, DJs are welcome.
Are there any decoration rules?
Yes. Please don’t use nails, screws, staples, tape, or any other attachments on the walls or floors. Freestanding decorations, table décor, and balloon arches that don’t attach to the walls are great.
Is there anything not allowed in the venue?
Smoke machines, glitter, hookah, and pets are not permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue is at street level with no steps, so it’s fully wheelchair accessible. The restroom has two grab bars, one behind the toilet and one beside it.
How many restrooms are there?
There is one restroom on site.
Is the space comfortable year-round?
Yes. The venue has central air and central heat, plus fast Wi-Fi.
What hours can I book?
Events can be booked from early morning until midnight. Later end times may be approved on a case-by-case basis; just ask when you inquire.
Does my rental time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Your reservation should cover setup, your event, and cleanup. For example, if your party runs from 3 to 6 pm, we recommend booking 2 to 7 pm to give yourself an hour on each side.
What are the cleanup expectations?
Please leave the space the way you found it. That means the floor is broom-swept, any spills or sticky spots are mopped, and your decorations and belongings are removed before your reservation ends.
How much does it cost to rent?
Weekdays (Monday to Friday) are $100 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for meetings and a 4-hour minimum for parties. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are $130 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for meetings and party packages starting at 5 hours for $650. An outdoor space add-on is available for $100.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total rental cost is required to reserve your date. You may cancel at any time, but the deposit will not be refunded.
