You and Company waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Each party will bear its own fees and costs, except as the arbitrator may award under applicable law. You may seek individual relief in small-claims court if eligible.

18) International Users

If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws. We make no representation the Site is appropriate or available in other locations.

19) Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
